I have lived at Arlington Oaks in two different apartments for over three years now. The maintanence staff and the tenants are great!! But I have had roaches for months and months and they won't go away. They do nothing about this. It is disgusting to wake up in the middle of the night and turn on the light and see roaches running all over your cabinets. The office staff is very rude and not at all helpful. The turnover is crazy there is someone new in the office every week and I am NOT kidding. The new manager is the rudest person I have ever met and I have heard many complaints about her. TOTALLY unwilling to work with residents. They will do ANYTHING to get you to rent and after that it is downhill. I would really check around before renting here. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

The Arlington Oaks Apartments are a member of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County, Texas Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non-payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
