Arlington Oaks Apartments

Not as bad as it sounds. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This apartment complex isnt nearly as bad as these reviews say. There were some true comments however. First of all i would like to say that i really do love my apartment. Its a nice loft 2 bedroom. However, we have had problems with the cooling aspects of it. We called maintenance and he came out about an hour later. He decided to put in a totally new AC unit for us. But it still didnt really cut it. It shows how good maintenance is, but because the apartment had vaulted ceilings and was in the sun all day, it gets quite toasty upstairs. The office staff has always been nice to us and seem to know what they are doing. I kinda wish my rent was a little cheaper, but the apartment layout is a great one. Traffic around the complex can get a little tricky but you just gotta know how to do it. So all in all, i think its a good place to live. It just has its hiccups like most places do.
