I never paid a late payment nor was I evicted. I left because I was tired of the mice in my apartment. The building itself was infested. My apartment was spotless and I still had mice. They lived under my range which I had requested to be moved and checked and it never was. They were in my kitchen drawers and cabinets. They were all over the counters and my dishes. The last straw was having a baby snake slither ACROSS MY FOOT while I was sitting in my living room. I repeatedly was putting in requests for pest control.

The assistant managers were great. The manager (Kathy) I can't say I cared for nor the management company who doesn't have the courtesy to respond to phone calls or registered mail. My half of the building lost electricity quite often even though the apartment next door and other buildings still had it.

I loved that this place was so close to restaurants and the ball park but it was almost impossible to get in and out of there during baseball season.

I agree completely. I not only had a problem with mice but I have also had a SEVERE problem with roach infestation. When you call the office for any kind of assistance you will get the run-around. Due to poor management there is a high turnover in employees at this complex you never will speak to the same person twice and the manager is the most hateful, unpleasant and unprofessional person that I have ever met. I would think long and hard about moving here. Also please remember the Rangers and Cowboys are right next door and the traffic is a NIGHTMARE.
