My family has lived here for 13 years. I have neighbors that have lived here 6, 8, and 12 years. (Before we moved here, my job had moved us 19 times in 9 years) When we could actually choose where we called home, we chose Arlington Oaks.
The staff is unigue because they actually care about their residents. In the 13 years we have lived here, there have only been 3 managers and 2 lead maintenance men. Compared to other communities that have someone new in there every time you walk through the door, it is a pleasure to see the same staff when you go into the office. It also says that this staff is happy to be a part of our community too. The present manager and asst. manager are always working with new ideas for taking care of their residents and will truly listen if there are problems or concerns. The lead maintenance man does everything he can to make sure all maintenance problems are taken care of within 24 hours and emergencies are taken care of immediately. The entire staff is friendly, informative and customer service oriented.
We are tucked away, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, yet close enough to be able to walk to any restaurant, fast food, or shopping area you can think of. At night, the glow of the lights shine brightly guiding us home. We love our apartment and our location. We highly recommend that you join our community and call it home. We just signed another year's lease and when it is up after 14 years we will sign up again!
