I lived here for 3 years while getting my graduate degree. I never had any problems with management, maintenance - all were very professional and fair. It looks a little ghetto on the outside, but I had a great view of the pool and courtyard -lots of trees.
Got a fair refund, fireplaces are awesome. This is not a brand new community with great appliances and fancy counters but it is nice and spacious. Never had any problems with crime myself, even coming home 3-4 in the morning from grad school, single female. You won't find apartments anywhere with no car/apartment break-ins. I wish this apartment were located in Dallas, where I am currently looking for residence.
