tHE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS VERY NICE. iTS LIKE A CITY APARTMENT ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT A NICE COUNTRY STYLE VEIW IN THE MIDDLE. mY BALCONNY FACES THE BEAUTIFULIEST LANSCAPE THAT I HAVE EVER SAW. oF COURSE I AM A COUNTRY GIRL. bUT THERE WAS ONE MISHAP WITH THESE APARTMENTS. tHE MANAGEMENT. wHEN i FIRST MOVED i WAS TOLD THE ELECTRICITY WAS ON AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS FLIP A SWITCH AND THEY WOULD BE ON. i AID OK WELL ILL PAY THE PRO RATED RENT TO MOVE INTO THE APARTMENT SO I CAN JUGGLE MOVING WITH WORK AND MY LIL GIRL. oK WELL OF COURSE I CALLE D MY ELECTRIC COMPANY TO DISCONNECT MY LIGHTS. SWITCHED USERS AND MY LIGHTS WERE TO BE CONNECTED ON THE FOLLOWING WESNDAY AT 3:00 PM. oK WELL, i WAS SO EXCITED THAT I HAD JUST GOT MY NEW APARTMENT THAT i SHOWED MY LITTLE GIRL OUR NEW HOME. i REMEMBER THE LEASEING AGENT TELLING TO FLIPP THE SWITCH IN THE BREAKER BOX. i DID AND GUESS WHAT NOTHING HAPPENED. i CALLLED THE LEASING AGENT AND TOLD HER IT WASN'T ON. SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND THE MAINTENANCE MAN OVER. wELL THE MAINTENANCE MAN CAME AND OF COURSE IWAS RIGHT THE LIGHTS WASN'T ON. i TALKED TO THAT LEASEING AGENT FOR TWOO DAYS ABOUT THE LIGHTS AND SHE KEPT TELLING ME SHE WAS ONLY THE LEASING AGENT AND I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANAGER MONDAY. wELL THAT DAY CAME AROUND AND THE MANAGER ACTED AS IF I HAD TALKED TO SOME OTHER PERSON BESIDES HER LYNG BUTT. sHE ACTED ALL CONCERN BUT IN THE END DID NOTHING. i WANTED TO JUMP ACROOS TEH DESK ON HER AFTER I TOLD HER THAT I HAD A THREE YEAR OLD BABY AND WOULDN'T HAVE PAID THE PRO RATED RENT UNTIL MY LIGHTS WERE ON. sHE REALLY ACTUALLY THOUGHT i BELIEVED HER ASS. tRING TO PLAY LIKE IT WASN'T HER THAT I TALKED TO. nICE TRY LADY. tO KEEP TENANTS IT'S CALLED HONESTY PEOPLE, i WILL STAY AT THE APRTMENTS BECAUSE ITS NICE BUT I WIL NEVER TRUST ANOTHER WORD THAT COMES OUT OF THE MANAGEMENT AND LEASING AGENTS MOUTH. nOW THIS IS HOW YOU VENT. tHANKS FOR READING. Oh and if this is gina reading this, I'm sorry taht I didn't buy your lie. But don't have your agents lying for you its so unprofessional.
I love the apartemnts and I would recommend these apartments to everyone. Mrs. Gina I understand now That you forgot what you said. Yourleasing agents are fantastic, your community is beautiful, and I am so anticipating to live here in your nice quiet community forthe next year or so.

No way Gina is a great and understanding person. I know for a fact that she will go out of her way to help anyone......that rents and pays rent on time. heheeh. but no, she is an awesome person and this complex is great. And Gina if you ever need a courtesy officer you know who to call.

The Arlington Oaks Apartments are a memeber of the Tarrant County Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non-payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.

Gina is the greatest manager Arlington Oaks has ever had...I should know, i have been here for over 15 years. Sounds like the "Ms No Electricity" is a little bit miffed about not turning her own electricy on soon enough and trying to blame anyone but herself.

How can you even say anything about what i have posted when You all were not there. I actually talked to the lady andthey have apologize. If you don't know teh facts don't comment on something that youdon't know about. Further more I never said Ms. Gina was not a nice person. I just know what I was told and recorded the whole conversation. Also I do live in these apartments and I do love where I live. They are really nice. The staff are wonderful. I am entitled to the tell the truth. i have always felt like there is no place like home and I am at home. So my point is if you have no idea what was said and how everything was handled keep your comments to yourself. Thanks
