The management here is VERY RUDE. The head manager is RUDE and a HUGE pain to work with.
When I first moved in, there were roaches EVERYWHERE. I saw them every 5 minutes. After about 2-3 weeks of chemical treatment by the apt and us getting our own roach traps, they started to go away, but I still see them occasionally.
The parking is decent, and safe. I haven't had my car broken into. The noise level is ok, due to the diversity of people living here.
There are raccoons living in the walls (insulation between wall of apts). They are very disturbing late at night and in the morning. Management has not bothered to get rid of them until after about a month of complaining.
The lease managers are very friendly. However, the head manager has a VERY BAD attitude and is generally very unhelpful. Because of the management and the bug/animal problem, I do NOT recommend living here.

The Arlington Oaks Apartments are a member of the Tarrant County, Texas and National Apartment Associations. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non-payment of rent, were previous employees, or someone who never actually lived on the property. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.
