Arlington Oaks is the best place I have ever lived! I have lived at many many communities such as Cobblestone, Sunset Point, Hunter's Point, Northwood Place & River Ridge and none I tell you not one compares to the comfortable living I have experienced at Arlington Oaks. The Staff for starters is amazing. They are always having little parties and stuff for us and are giving away all kinds of stuff. I must say that whoever owns them must have lots of money to put into this property! The Maintenance is great they will fix everything almost the same day you request it and they actually act like they care. They pick up your trash for you twice a week at ur curb and even let u rent DVD's from them for free from they're library! The pool is beautiful they just re-did the whole thing and it looks heavenly! I love the fact that they have permit only parking because it keeps all the free loaders who r too cheap to pay to park at the stadiums out. This place is just a walk to pretty much anything you could need or want. Shopping, restraunts, & SIX FLAGS! Everything all right here! I am astounded that someone could even say the things that were posted in the posting on 6/17/09. I mean come on this has to be someone who use to wk or live here. I believe if you came to the property and asked people who are living here now how they felt they would have nothing but good things to say. I feel sorry for the individual who use to obviously live or work there bcause they have nothing better to do with their pitiful exsistence than to make up lies about what I would say is one of the best places to live in Arlington!
