Wow.....bitter, bitter, bitter. Ever notice that most of these reviews were written by disgruntled leasees' Or, it seems that way, anyway.

I leased two different units over a three-year timeframe before I bought a unit in July of 2002. In the time that I leased, I never had any major problems with appliances, the general condition of the unit I was in, or my neighbors being too loud. It sounds like the owner he (or she) rented from was perhaps a bit negligent, but that shouldn't be a reflection on the entire community. I now have a one-bedroom with loft, at the back of the property, right up in the trees.....very pleasant view. I have yet to see anyone that resembles a quasi-prostitute or multiple jobless people. Then again, I have a job and am gone most of the day.....so I have to wonder where someone who works finds the time to observe all the (supposed) deadbeats. I know several of my neighbors, and feel very comfortable living here as a single woman.
In summary, I really enjoy the time that I've lived here at Arlington Oaks, and would recommend it to anyone.
