I have owned a condo since last year in May. I have not had a single issue other than the A/C going out, but it was repaired and all is better now. It has appeared that parking is strict - if someone parks in your spot - they will put out a note quickly. The place has worked out well... The pools were all renovated last year and look great - no complaints.
