The apartment itself is nice and spacious, however, the head manager is TERRIBLE. She is RUDE, unhelpful and generally a pain to deal with. She is not understanding.
However, the lease managers (usually the one you talk to when you tour/sign lease) is VERY FRIENDLY. They make up for the head manager's rudeness.

The maintainance staff is good, very friendly and always try their best to fix in a timely manner. However, sometimes it make take weeks.

When I moved in there were roaches EVERYWHERE. I could not go 5 minutes without seeing one. After about 2-3 weeks of management bug treatment as well as us buying our own roach traps, they started disappearing but I still see some every week.
There are a lot of raccoons living in the walls as well. Once they attempted to do something about it but it usually takes forever for them to take action and is very disturbing late at night and early in the morning.

While the rooms are nice, I would generally not recommend this complex. The rude management and roach problem just ruined it for me. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
