I have owned, lived, leased and managed properties in this community since 1993. While times have changes, the location and amenities are hard to beat. The present staff is experienced, patient, yet strict in protecting the community. With a 2-1 owner to tenant ratio, the management always has the challenge to protect the interests of the owners. Tenants too often appeal to the HOA for tenancy/rental issues that their owners should take care of. THESE ARE NOT APARTMENTS, they are all individually owned. And the more owner-occupied units ensures better care is taken by its residents! Criminal background checks, police patrols, and rules enforcement have protected the residents quite effectively!

Apartments....individually owned...neither of these matters in the big picture - and the big picture is that this place is GHETTO! Oh, and the complex has two pools, not three as stated in your picture caption. Also, I would steer clear of the hot tubs; it is a well-known fact that many local strippers use them on a regular basis for umm...extracurricular activities after their shift is over. And as a former long-term resident, I know for a fact that neither of the hot tubs is cleaned very often! Sorry, but facts are facts, no matter how hard you try to distract potential renters from them...this condominium community is trashy. Kerry and the other people in the management office have the best of intentions, but they can only do so much to protect the people that live there. The crime statistics in the Arlington PD database are what people need to be looking at, as that is the most accurate measure of exactly how well this community is REALLY being protected!
