My baby sister got tased and mugged!!!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I lived in these ghetto apartments for 8months. In that time period there were three shootings and they were all right by my building (4). My 3 year old went out on the balcony and witness a girl get tased bc she wouldnt put her hands behind her back. AND THE WORST THING OF ALL WAS, My 16 year old sister droped me off, and got followed back to our parents house. Where she was tased in the neck and the dude stole her purse. She picked the guy out of a photo line up and the guy is free, still living in building 5. Arlington/Mansfield police just droped the case. She only had her car and lience for less then a week. Worst place ever!
