Very pretty when you drive thru. The agents are trying to sell these apts as condos and are so busy selling renters take a back seat, then once one is sold the owner takes a back seat everything you ask for they say we will call you tomorrow and they do not the manager sits in the fitness center smoking watching TV the leasing agents are always out on the property trying to sell the apartments. They are always toooo busy to do anything for you like fix your remote for the gate access, ice maker, air conditioner, etc. but they always have time to plant schrubs and flowers & hang signs. The office staff is down right rude once you live here until you sign the lease or buy you are treated like royalty. The pumps on the hot tub have not worked for a year but they are always fixing to tomorrow, lights in parking lot don't work for months at a time and its always tomorrow, they are so unorganized they rent garages that belong to other people before checking them, assign multiple parking spaces and piss off people that do not have places to park, the sprinklers spray cars just after you wash your car. Talk to renters and buyers before signing the dotted line.
