lack of quality resident/management communication

I agree with the other posts. Office staff lacks in resident services. This was the worst apartment living experience that I ever encountered and I have been a renter for 15 yrs. If you are buying consider the value you expect from your management service. Maybe the HOA should campaign for changes in the front office. Nice units, lots of "POST" extras in design. Cheaper quality faux granite laminate counter tops and faux wood trim work on cabinets take away from the over all style.
