I must say this is one of the nicest places I have lived in. The apartments/condos grounds are very clean. The layout of the apartment is very nice. The community is nice and quiet. Maintence is quick. But let me warn you - the management is AWFUL. Sure they have a friendly staff when you walk in but they are very unorganized!! Others on this post have complained regarding they will screw you out of your deposit - I took a chance and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well they were right! Managment will screw you out of deposits and you will be treated unfairly! Although managments has changed (not for the better) they are very unorganized. DOCUMENT I REPEAT DOCUMENT ANY ENCOUNTERS WITH THEM OR THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!
