I have a few friends who are living here currently so I decided to check into moving myself. My friend did warn me about one of the girls in the office not being too mu ch of a people person and I soon realized this was an understatement. I am currently in the industry of property management and if I heard one of my office staff treating a caller like the way I was treated I would have fired her in a heart beat. I do not know how they lease anything with the way they are with customer service. It is amazing to me how I was treated. I was rudely put on hold and then when she came back she told me she was too busy to talk and she would call me the next day. Ok so I gave her the benefit of the doubt because somedays residents pick your mood for the day. It took her a few days to call me back and again I was treated with disrespect. I was shocked. I ended the coversation and never concidered thinking about trying to find the information I was looking for. I have proceeded to let others know how I was treated and have found it happens a lot to people. I am now moving to The Cliffs next door and would have to say after looking around for a couple months The Cliffs were the most helpful.

Well if it was so bad why don't you give your name (why anonymous)and call the manager and let them know that this has happend to you. Also if this person is so bad why would you even consider living on this property. Come one is this a personal issue or what?

well...plunger...if you do your homework you will discover that the office manager in question's name is Diana Ramos, works for the property management company that works for the investor that owns the majority of the renters that illegally place themselves on the board of directors of the owners association at Ascension Point its a cult and too difficult dozens of complaints have been made on same office employee and nothing is done yes driving thru its quiet appealing and a nice atmosphere but try to accomplish an ant issue, an A/C outage, equipment repair in the workout room, jets or heat in hot tub, renters leaving trash all over on porches for days, it goes on and on.
