I have been told now for over a year that I would get landscape edging in the dirt bed in fron of my parking space so I would not have to walk thru mud everytime it rains when getting in and out of my car I pay almost 200 dollars a month HOA and they can not even have the lanscapers fix the bed. This is not a hard task, but I think they have serious problems with fixing anything around here unless you get the city inspectors involved!!!!1

The fountain is like that because an owner(probably the person who posted the review) tossed a substance in the water. Intelligent post if you are trying to sell your unit.
