If you don't have high standards and can be happy in a lower class community this is the place.
In 2 years the police have visited the complex dozens of times.
People tend to hide inside, most residents could name all of the Simpsons characters but most can't name 2 neighbors, strange environment.
Both managers lacked people skills and at times were difficult to deal with, the assistant manager would be most residents choice for problem solving.
I would recommend looking somewhere else before moving to Aspen Court, unless you are in a bind and really need a place to live, definately not worth the price unless you get a huge discount.
