Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
When I moved in here, I thought I was moving into a nice complex. The property looked well maintained. That is not the case. The water bills for a 2 bedroom was 60 dollars!!! That is more than a house.The parking is a nightmare. My car was broken into. I lived across the way from a crazy ----- who slammed a car door into my boyfriend's leg b/c he unknowningly parked in her space. The manager Deanna is a pill. She treats all her residents like small children. There are police there all the time. And the maintance SUCKS!!!! After 5 times of replacing the soap dish in the bathtub, they finally retiled the whole thing. When my lease was finally up, the stuck us with a $200, water bill. STAY AWAY!!!! RUN!!!
