The Aspen Court Apartments are a member of the Fort Worth Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived on the property. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.

i am a previous resident-lived in aspen court almost 5 yrs,was never late paying my rent and never had a lease violation. the office manager that recently left was rude, incapable of being empathetic to her residents, and unprofessional. my recommendation i recently posted was not a good one-unfortunately the previous mgmt left a black eye on the whole community. letting in suspicious new residents, and being insensitive to your residents is not an advisable way of attracting new residents. it's not always about the dollar-your priority should lie with the residents-working hard to welcome new residents, keeping current residents happy and making sure previous residents leave on a good note. it takes a long time to gain trust and satisfaction with your customers, but only a second to lose one. happy residents tell people about their experiences-so do the dissatisfied ones. and word of mouth can make or break a business. hopefully, this is a motto the new manager and her co-workers will place at each of their desks to look at every day.
