I use to live there. The management is extremely un-talented, and they just do not care at all. They look fine up to the day you sign. Afterwards, welcome to the real Aspen Court. They cut without any notice electricity and water services with no apparent reason. Toilette had a leak and they fixed it... 8 days after notice!!!!! The place looks very nice, but I guess you will be fine if you are lucky. Never in this life rent the corner. We rented second floor in the corner. Do not do that. I do not know who the architect was, clearly his talents rested in cooking or in doing something else. Look for another place, that's our advice. By the way, they fixed the balconies, and surprise!!! a couple of nails in the tires since they did not clean properly the parking lot. The management's fault, of course.

Finally, in this same website Aspen Court's management put an opinion of themselves. If you notice, the management is trying to blame the former tenants with whatever happened, putting their reputation in doubt. That's just really bad. Welcome to the Aspen Court experience!

I do not consider proper that the management of Aspen Court is allowed to write in this website -you will find their comments in this same website, providing a rating about their own services. I think the webmaster should erase their comments. You cannot be part and judge, it is just not proper.

By, the way, as most of the former tenants giving opinions, I was also an excellent tenant, always obeyed rules, and paid in time -actually, normally I would pay the rent on the 28th of the month before the due date.
