I don't understand why people are just now writing reviews when they haven't lived here for two years.
My spouse and I currently live here and we are perfectly happy with this place. We have not had any problems with the management. They have been very helpful.
They are in the process of upgrading everything (i.e. all new appliances, new flooring, new cabinetry, etc.) which is why the water sometimes has to be shut off. I feel that the improvements are well worth it.
It is a great buy for the money. I feel perfectly safe and noise is minimal. It is an over all great place to live if you have a limited budget and want safety and quality.
