let me just tell you management is a JOKE!!!! And contrary to the previous review good management does make a difference!!!! On the surface aspen court looks like a good family environment but don't be fooled!!! I have complained to corporate many times about this current manager and hopefully they will do something about her non existent management skills. I mean who wants to live on a property where management does not care what so ever!!!! Safety is one of the biggest issues with aspen court!!! The gate is constantly left open because its constantly broken. ANYONE can live here at aspen court, and I mean anyone, whether they are shady or not. And the only people who really go onto this website is management, disgruntle tenants, and those who are interested in leasing. If someone is content and loves living at a place why would they really bother on commenting on this website. All this "good" reviews must be written by someone (i.e the leasing manager). Current tenants that live here and are content living here would not waste their time on this web site. so think about that before reading all the positive reviews

My name is Molly and I've been the Property Manager at Aspen Court for almost a year now. I have not had any complaints of rats or other rodents in ANY of our apartment homes. At Aspen Court we believe in prevention, therefore we have a contract with Lakeside Pest Control to maintain our buildings and grounds. Lakeside is here every Monday and sprays 1 building a week on rotation, as well as treat any Resident requests. Therefore, if a resident was to complain of rodents, we would have resolved the issue. I am a believer that often times people who might not live at Aspen Court,go on the sites to be malicious. I would love for you to stop by and see for yourself what Aspen Court is about, and form your own opinion. Sincerely, Molly H. Property Manager

As a current resident the person who wrote this review isn't saying anything that isn't true because the gate is frequently broken and left open, and questionable people whom are have been reported to management as possible drug dealers or people possibly casing the complex have been seen. The safety meetings are a joke as the last set of break-in's here at the complex was reluctantly acknowledged a couple of days after the fact. Thanks to the concern of those people whose apartments had been broken into, many of us were told that very day and were able to warn our neighbors to keep an eye out. On the flip side of that some of those that cared enough to pass the word on were to alert the rest of us were discreetly discouraged to do so in the future by Molly. On that particular occasion 2 apartments had been broken into on the same afternoon, personally I appreciated being told that day about what had just occurred so my family and I could take extras precautions and take better notice of those coming and going from the complex rather than getting a memo a day or so later stuck to our doors. If management isn't going to look out for us the we have to so the next time I hear of a break in I'm going to do warn my neighbors and if management has a problem with that then too bad.
