I've lived here for almost 10 months and haven't had any problems. Management is friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance staff, they keep the grounds tidy for the most part and parking is fine, you get one covered spot included. Workout and pool area are well maintained. Property itself is old and it shows sometimes but you get what you pay for, and it's in great shape for it's age. No complaints on my side. The people are friendly, mostly college students and small families. It stays pretty much quiet. I'd say it's just a friendly, laid back community, nice apartments to live in. It's probably Arlington's best kept secret
