Look who cares if management is or is not writing good reviews to prop their ratings, if you really wanna know what living here at Aspen Court is like come visit for yourself and if ya see any of us who live here roaming around, take the time to just ask. Let's be real people, times are hard right now and alot of the things that we were told were going to be upgraded and or changed have been put on hold due to the change in the economy, hell I don't blame them, its business for goodness sake.

Yes the change in managers has also changed the over-all feel of the place from when I arrived three years ago but we are all different and have different styles when it comes to dealing with people. I will admit that when I first arrived it did have more of a welcoming family atmosphere to the place as a whole, but at the end of the day it is what it is and you can take it or leave it, it really isn't going to make a difference to management because there are others who will come after you. You can make it a home for yourself or hell for yourself its all up to you.

No matter how sweet they smile and talk to you, Management are here to manage, we are not their family and they are not our friends so get real. These people are getting PAID to do what they do then (not unlike ourselves)at the end of a long day on the job, they go home and don't think about work or any of us again until they clock back in.

For me as a tenant, I've made the best of what is good here, that's all we can do, and be grateful. For those that say "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR", well that's not entirely true because the prices on these units change everyday, its luck & timing that will dictate whether you really end up getting what you pay for.

AGAIN: If you really want to check out Aspen Court, come down and see for yourself, just remember to ask a few of the residents if we out and about while you're here and remember that the people in the office are getting PAID to tell you what they need to tell you and nothing more.
