The community is trashy, landscaping is poorly kept, the pool is only open 3 days a year and even then I would not swim in. The washers and dryers eat your quarters and never work. The Children in the community are loud and outside all hours of the night and they do whatever they want - even destroy your personal property. The lines in the parking lot are poorly visible and if you park slightly off you will get your car towed at your expense. The maintenance and up keep is sloppy there will be holes in the walls and ceiling that will never be fixed no matter how much they promise. We went weeks without heat when the unit failed and when we wanted to leave the office staff was sloppy, uncooperative, and downright rude and slapped us with all sorts of fees to terminate the lease rather then admit they were a slum!
