I lived there for a year. Managment changed like 3 times while I was there. I had cracks all over my walls from the bad foundation which caused nats and roaches to come out of there. I had nats all over my kitchen I would call the office and they didnt do anything about it, the lights outside by the stair way werent working so you couldnt see your way up or down stairs. I read my lease and so I sent them a certified letter stating I had a bad problem with nats they still didnt work on it I had to call code compliance on them well then I got so tired of wating on them that I did my final step I wrote them another letter stating all my problems there failure to fix I stated that I would move out asap if my problems werent fixed quick like the lease that I signed stated I had the right to move out with out any further notice so if you have any problems read the lease you have every right to move out with out it going on your rental history oh yeah and because of there bad tenants my car was always broken into kids running all over the complex at all times like you know I have to go to work can you please get your kids indoors
