I have been here for almost a full year the managment changes like underwear theres a new company or managment team almost every six weeks to three months. The managment company that is here now is trying to improve the quality of the apartment living standards. However in the time that I have rented an apartment with this complex I have had one major issue that has never been addressed correctly or fairly or efficently. There was a sewer pipe breakage in the apartment next to mine which caused raw sewage to seep through the floor and walls of that apartment into my own spreading toxic gases through my entire apartment. The problem in my apartment was dealt with immeaditely but not fully. They left the apartment where the break occured untouched and the only effort made in mine was to attempt to just clean the carpet instead of replacing it due to the toxic materials which had soaked through. They left the apartment where the break occured alone for 3 days. I made several attempts to reach the managment but my calls were never answered or returned. It took the action of me going down into the management office and becoming irate with management to generate any kind of a positive response. When I first moved in I had mold growing on the outside of my air conditioner unit and fiberglass ductboard caused my son to become sick to the point that he couldn't recover without the air being cleaned by a purifier but it didnt resolve all of the effects health wise. I also had to have someone come out and clean the air conditioner unit and the air ducts themselves they had not been cleaned before hand in the entire time since the complex was built. They also neglected to tell me that I had fiberglass ductboards inside of my vents and walls which can pose deadly health threats.
