I moved in on a $99.00 move in special, you get what you pay for. I have lived here for one year now, and have suffered through several days without water, major plumbing problems and never have seen a pest control person. The parking is cramped and you must watch for children playing, as they think it is a park, not a parking lot. Not to mention the people sitting on cars and trucks with loud music and drinking beer. The patio is great, as I can sit outside without anyone seeing me. The water, sewer, and gas bills are absolutely outrageous and increase monthly without any reasoning. Across the parking lot from where I park there is a monthly erruption of raw sewage overflow, that only gets cleaned up when management fells like it. The electric bills are ridiculously high. Cops are always here too. Like I said, you get what you pay for.
