Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
It took me 5 months before I could get a copy of my move in report. I was told every problem on the move in report was suppose to be fixed the first 2 weeks that I moved in. I have been here 9 months and they still have not fixed what was on the move in report. They came out 3 times for one problem and it still is not fixed. Reported to Management that I have squirrels in the ceiling and nothing has been done about it. Utilities sky rocketed and continue to go up every month. Along with the fact that every door and window has gaps letting in air. You will be charged for Gas,Water,Sewage,Trash & Electric. Might as well be renting a house!
