I have been here with my daughter since December of 2006. My apartment has been flooded 3 times since I have moved in. Flooding has occured in my kitchen,laundry room, master bedroom closet and is developing mold and wet carpet that was installed in December 2006. There is electrical problems throughout the house. They did fix the wall plugs in living room and master bedroom. I still do not have telephone lines in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms this will cost 150.00 per line. I also have piping problems in master bathroom cannot use shower due to flooding tub. They did plunge it once since I have moved in. There is tiles coming loose in kitchen due to flooding. I have no unit for a/c or heat. They have been here twice to work on it but never returned to fix the problem. The unit does not work. We have rodents that live in the walls chewing our lines. I have been told that it was squirrels that is doing the damage by a neighbor. I also found that in another bldg was found dead rats in the walls and the family that occupied the apartment was moved due to health reason's. I have complained 3 times of these problems and to this date 4/4/07 have not seen anyone. My car was vandalized and stereo system was taken in March 07. I also know that 6 other cars was valdalized as well in 1 month period. We have no security here. I was informed that we have a courtesy patrol by the Arlington Police I have seen them once. They are supposed to be patroling every night. There is obstruction's to properties. Busted beer bottles everywhere and car's with flat tires because of it. Every weekend this happens. I do not recommend this place because of the uncaring of the management team mainly the head manager. Does not want to be bothered by the tenant's. Monica, Stormie, Angelica are very sweet and try to accomplish and satisfy the residents. I was notified today that Stormie is no longer with us and soon to lose the other two. One other note the sewage still over flows outside with feces present. They are not cleaned often.
