I have lived with my family here for almost two years now. The crime rate is very very high. My uncle also has an apartment in the same property. In two years our cars have been broken about 10 times. Cars stolen 3 times. Some one was shot dead recently on the property. Mantenence people sometimes take weeks before fixing the issue. Manager changes almost every 2-3 months. I have a 3 bedroom apartment and average electricity bill is $250.00. Average utility charges are $100.00. We are moving out as soon as we can.
