Every opinion of every review I have read is absolutely true. Management is pathetic and has changed three times and no one seems to know what is going on. It took them 6 months to put the water bill in my name and they couldn't believe that I would not pay it without it being in my name first. Maintenance fixed a couple of things only after 5 months of rain coming in a hole,(yes a hole) in the kitchen ceiling AND after I called code inforcement. The water bill jumped 40% this month and no one will call me back about it. You have to keep every receipt so you can prove that you payed the rent every month cause occasionally they will tell you there is a remaining balance that you are responsible for. Oh, and this is the best part(or worst actually)but there were two (yes two) drive-by shootings in the same week! Our neighbor still has gun shot holes in her apartment that THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED! It's so sad that it comes to this. It's almost humerous cause you can't make this stuff up! Luckily no one was hurt just scared like crazy as you can imagine. So, needless to say I am not going to live here any more. The lease isn't up yet but that doesn't matter cause I'm running for the hills or the first weekly rate motel cause I don't want to be shot at anymore!
