I live there now, and have for 6 months. I have had some problems, mainly with the staff that works there. There is four uncovered "free" parking spaces for 12 apartments on the backside of two buildings. All the rest of the spots near it are covered parking, and that is $20 a month. And don't park in a covered parking space that isn't assigned to anyone, because the staff are parking Nazis and will have your car towed, I know this because my car was parked under an unassigned space because it was going to hail, and three hours later, my car was gone. $200 later I got it back from the towing place. Also, the walls are thin, and my fiancé and I were accused of fighting and screaming obscenities at each other, a neighbor said it was us. Couldn't be the farthest thing from the truth, because rarely are we home but to sleep and eat, but we dont fight. And forget about thinking your apartment is private. They entered our apartment to fix a problem that we didn't have without contact us or anything. Just left a note behind that said they came to fix this problem that we never reported. And when you move in, they tell you a day, so you think you can move in first thing that morning, forget that thought. We were supposed to move in and couldn't until 3 that afternoon because even though the apartment was vacant for 2 weeks, the carpets weren't cleaned yet. Also the lady who leased us was very unhelpful; she gave us no information about anything. She told us how much and what day to move in, and that is it. Being a first time renter, we had no idea that we were supposed to contact an electricity company first, or what days rent was due on. Also there is no way to put your trash in the dumpster. They have curb side pick up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. But if you had fish Friday night, that stays in your apartment till Monday morning, because there are no balconies and you can't keep it on your porch even if your neighbor doesnt mind it there. As soon as my lease is up, we are moving out. The size and price of the apartment are great, but I can't stand the selfishness and carelessness of the staff.

I totally agree on what this person says in this email. I dont pay for parking but when it does hail or rain or whatever the weather - your SOL. The office staff should look beyond that for those reasons and should pay her back the $200 she paid to get her car back. The property is nice and can be loud. I like the area, size and price. The staff could use some help on making the grounds cleaner and painting the buildings - they are chipping
