I just moved out of Bardin Greene. They aren't the worst apartment complex I lived at (Colonial Village @ N Arlington still holds that title). For the most I didn't have any major problems. Maintence issues are a problem though. They may be short staffed which could explain the long delay. Office staff is all right. They can come off a little rude sometimes but that's to be expected. The grounds were kept pretty clean and there are no real parking issues either. The gates were usually broke but again what apartment doesn't have that issue. The office staff worked with me on a check that bounced so I appreciated that. They also cut me a break because I was five days late giving my 60 day notice(and later they let me extend my stay a few days longer due to my new apt not being ready. The only reason I moved was because I was looking for a complex that was newer and had new appliances.

Where did you move to? Do you like where your at now. I'm looking for a new, nice apartment at a reasonable price.

I stayed in Bardin Greene for about 2yrs...LOVED IT!!! I was there so long I got the upgrades... Accent wall, wood blinds, carpet cleaning. I mean they even came and installed my timed AC thermostat for me. And the best thing is, is when I moved in in 2006 I remember the leasing agents name was Michelle. She was so sweet, she even gave me my rent for$500 for that whole lease. The office staff changed oafter that but what apartment complex wont have that happend. And OMG the mirrors on the wall and the track lighting. I loved it here. Now im moving to Mission Mayfield Downs, and I hope to have a great experience there as I did at Bardin Greene.
