I have lived here for 2 years. There was a drug problem and frequent fights and shootings. The property has been sold several times , and keeping track of property rules and such. As for maintenance they repair as needed but it takes awhile. They never replace parts just jerry rig it till they can "buy parts" to fix it right. Sometimes it may take several months if you dont keep on them. If you report a problem they seem to "retaliate" with something that you have violated. and want to charge you or evict you. We have a pool but it is never open for some reason or another. We have to keep our kids in the apartment they cant ride bikes or play outside. I would not recommend these apartments to someone with children. If you are single or just starting out in life maybe.
