I am a current resident, and cannot wait until my lease is up..(If I dont break it) You will never get your repairs done now that there is new management. The new manager, ------, is definitely in the wrong business. She steals rent money, excuse me, "loses" rent money. U will never get any repairs done. My washer floods whenever turned on. My apartment has flooded 4 times since we moved there. The worst service ever.

This is the manager ------, To whom has written this about me and the community. I'm sorry you feel the way you do. I have done every thing in my power to make this a better place to live. As far as stealing money orders, well in my 15 yrs in the business,it hasn't even entered my mind. There has been one lost money order and there is a tracer on it. I have given the resident over 30 days to get the results back on the money order and still no word. All I can say is I hope you have a blessed day and a change of heart. Sounds as though things have NOT changed there for the past 15-17 ? yrs!! When I lived there, I reported them to the Health Dept. for the condition of the pool! Back then, the property was newer & not as "Down Hill" as it appears to be today! "GOOD LUCK!!" You WILL need it!!
