We lived here for only 6 months. 2 weeks after moving in, the apt office personnel made off with our money and other residents' money too. I did question why all deposits had to be paid via money orders. They messed with the wrong person though b/c I always keep my receipts! Found out that one of the office personnel stole a lot of money from the office/company and was living it up! Then, the new management that came in, they weren't much better. They treated us like we were the ones that had done wrong! They accused us of never paying any rent nor deposits. When I showed them my receipts, they said that wasn't good enough. The entire 6 months we lived there was spent proving that we paid to live there. I lived for the day that we moved out. The only thing they were able to "ding" us on the move-out list was that the inside of the oven had some grime in it. A whopping $15. You can gladly clean it for $15 b/c I wasn't about to when it was like that when we moved in!!! The one decent thing is that they allowed large dogs. However, anyone living there should be allowed to have a pit bull or two on hand just to feel safe enough to walk to your car or take out the trash!
