Do not even this about moving into this apartment. It may offer a little cheaper rent compared to nearby apartment complexes but the pain of surviving in this apartment is unbearable. very old apartments. water problem every once a week without any notice. AC and heat don't work. The office will take forever before they repair anything. I had to go to work without a shower many times in the hot summer as there is no water. Final words, just don't move to this apartment.

I'm so glad there is new staff in the office. They are really trying to clean up property slowly but sureley. The new manager has helped me so much and they now have courtesy patrol.
