I don't recommend living here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here for a year. I have had so many problems it is ridiculous. My heater and A/C have broken multiple times but the office tries to tell us they are working! There are a lot of problems with bugs (roaches, waterbugs and fleas!) Some of my neighbors are nice but I have some that argue VERY loudly! The people here let their children run around in the parking lot. I have even seen them laying in the parking lot. It is out of hand. When there are parties there is no parking, and people have used my car to rest on and set their drinks on. The staff is very fake, they act friendly but aren't. They will try to charge you to fix things that break so be careful! The only good thing I can say is that the apartments are big and cheap. Guess you get what you pay for.
