WORST APARTMENTS EVER !!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I actually live at the Carriage Hill apartments which is run by the same management and is right next to the Carriage Park apartments. This is the second apartment I have lived in. I moved here to go to school at UTA and it was a BIG mistake. The apartment has tons of BUGS that they can't get rid of even after an exterminator has been here 3 time to spray for bugs! They get all over our dishes and even our food! All bills are paid but they limit you on the heater/ac, so you pretty much have neither. The appliances are terrible and about 20 years old. The parking is terrible, so many cars get broken into even with alarms, including mine and my room mates cars. The management here doesn't care anything about you, they're pretty much fake. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anybody. TRUST me, your're better off living on the streets. If I could I would rate this place a complete ZERO.....
