Not too bad. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/31/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I live there now. The apartment is very roomy, and I have few complaints about maintenance and repairs. Parking is a real problem. I have lived in five different apartments complexes, though, and this is by far the best value for the price. Another big problem is that the management is very incosistent about enforcing and changing community rules, etc. The outward appearance is kind of shabby, but most of the residents are college kids and elderly people, so nobody really seems to mind. If you live here, expect to see a lot of twenty-something kids stumbling home drunk at 2am.
