At first they are nice and show you a super nice apartment. But then they hit you with crappy ones that they will lease to you. Our windows are cracked (and they wont fix it) and one without a screen. The ac hasnt worked the month we have lived here. It leaks with any decent amount of rain which is starting to rot away our wall. Not to mention all of the other problems they have been having (pipes breaking and leaking, more foundation flooding problems). They also try to pull fast ones on you.
So unless you are desperate for a good priced apartment, I say take it somewhere else!!!
