Catalina used to be a decent apartment complex sometime back but now with zero maintainence and worst possible management, this place is far from decent. The apartments are big but full of un-invited guests (roaches, bed bugs and many more). when one asks for treatment there is no treatment at all. all the animals come back at you with vengeance. the electricity bill is way too high and total cost of living in catalina goes close to 650$ per month and in that kind of money one can get a much better apartment elsewhere in arlington proximate to university
