I have had a wonderful experience living here. The last complex we lived in was horrible. The management at Cedar Bend has made us feel completely at home. We told them what we were looking for as far as location in an apartment and they gave it to us. They even let us walk through the apartment before we signed the lease. We love it, just renewed our lease a couple of months ago, our rent went up by $10.00, not a problem. Also, if we have problems with rent, the staff is willing to work with us.
