i moved out in March 08(thank you God) and that was the best thing i've done this year. 1st let me just say that the problems started 1 month after i moved in when the guest bath started to flood. i called the office early that morning and got the answering service and told them of the problem i even called the office as soon as they opened that morning and was told they would get right on it. So i was very surprised when i walked into my home and water was sitting at the front door. maintenance came with a wet vac oh about 7:30 that afternoon when i reported this at about 6am that morning. To make a long story short i ended up having 2 more floods and the ceiling in my bathroom fell in 3times. I had to call the city of arlington twice just to get them to fix the ceiling. I had to clean my own carpet the 1st two floods cause they never did and when i said something to the office about it the manager said she had just started working there. Bottom line is that the people in the office have no customer service skills, by far some of the worst people i've encountered. i get mad just driving past the apartment complex. Oh yeah when it rains you need a small boat just to get to you door cause the landscaping is not up to part,
