I moved in March 2009 and have been having problems since day one. I have been having problems with my oven and have been unsuccessful in getting maintenance to repair or remedy the problem. Basically, the oven and refrigerator need to be replaced because they are not properly running. When I take it upon myself to follow up, staff say that maintenance has already fixed them. However, there is no note left behind to indicate when maintenance has entered apartment to carry out work orders. And the problems still exist, even after staff told me it was fixed! And the on-site property management does not notify residents when they are making repairs to things outside the apartment, such as mailboxes. There is a lack of communication between the residents and on-site property management, on the management's part. I have sent certified letters to document my complaints and request for maintenance. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and Texas Apartment Association and yet the on-site property management has done nothing. This has been the worse rental experience in my life!
