I've lived here for almost 2 years the only reason I haven't moved is because of the hassle of moving. The parents are irresponsible and the children are even worse. Especially, the teens. They hang out at all hours and don't respect anyone. I've had to call the police on several occasions. Regardless, of the fact that this property accepts section 8 does not mean that the residence should be so classless.

Now, to compound the problems management has gone from bad to worse. I'm even sure if anyone in the office even speaks english. I requested repair/replacement service over 2 weeks ago and to no avail have my request been met.

Courtesy officer was a joke.
