I lived at Centennial for two reasons - it was the absolute closest to UT and the absolute cheapest. It's good for students who don't know anyone in town, because they will set you up with roommates if need be. On the other hand, you can get stuck with some weird people, but that's not the apt.'s fault. It is loud here. The first night I moved in, a girl got sexually assaulted in the parking lot. Cars were broken into literally every night. The cops seem to think all the residents are bad eggs, because they just wait for an opportunity to pull you over for whatever reason right outside the complex, or inside. I got "pulled over" for parking in a handicapped spot (technically not parked if you leave the car running) for 5 seconds to jump out and get my mail. Again, not really the apt's fault. It depends on how desperate you are. You get what you pay for.
